Building is a partnership. You, as the principal, have to decide what you want, and we, as your builders, have to create it for you. Because there is so much involved in construction, you and we have to work closely together to ensure that your vision becomes a reality.
The number of referrals that we get from satisfied clients is a sure measure of our ability. The quality of our work is regularly monitored by the local Council's building inspectors. Furthermore, the Government has decided that, from next year, all builders have to be registered and regulated. When you engage a builder, do make sure that he/she is licensed by one of the officially recognised trade associations.
Our company undertakes construction work of any size. We have been operating for many years in Western Southland, building for individuals, farmers and businesses. We supply construction insurance for each project.
We have a well-established training programme for apprentices. In addition, we are always on the lookout for qualified tradespeople wanting to work in Western Southland.
